I was at the co-op the other day, and there was a lady there handing out samples of natural skin care products. I approached her and she asked me what type of skin I had.
I paused for a moment, then said, "Pale?"
She smiled at me and said, "Is it oily, normal, or dry?"
(This just shows how much I know about beauty products.)

I was at the co-op the other day and a woman had just set up a table to promote her essential oils. I walked by, completely engrossed in my shopping list and keeping Claire from spilling the bag of chopped dates that she was eating from, when the woman asked me, "Would you like some Mental Clarity?" referring to an oil mixture by that name. Without even thinking, I quickly responded "no, thanks," as I was having enough trouble concentrating on what I needed and what I might be forgetting before hitting the road for our 30 minute drive home. I couldn't help laughing at the irony.
so cute...that made me laugh out loud...
ps...i have pale skin too ;o)
