Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

Sauce: 1 can crushed tomatoes, 2 T cream, 1 T butter, pinch oregano. Simmer tomatoes and oregano for 15 minutes until reduced by half and thickened. Stir in cream and butter at the end. Let cool.

Cheeses: White cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss, Parmesan

Spread sauce and then top with cheeses.

Croutons: Scatter small, cut pieces of sourdough bread (tossed in olive oil) directly onto the cheese.

Top dough with sauce all top with all the ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes. Add chopped basil after cooked.

Sauce: Cooked ube, mashed with garlic

Mozzarella Cheese

Ricotta Cheese

Cheddar Cheese

Top dough with sauce all top with all the ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

1/2 cup cornmeal

8 oz mozzarella ball, torn

4 oz white cheddar, shredded

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup basil pesto

5 oz bratwurst, sliced

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb Italian sausage 

1/2 red bell pepper

1/4 onion, sliced

Jalapeno

1 T melted salted butter

1 tsp sea salt

Fresh basil

Dust dough with cornmeal. Brush outer edge with melted butter and sprinkle with seat salt. Spread pesto over an inner circle and marinara over outer circle. Make a TC logo with the meat and red bell pepper in the inner circle. Spread mozzarella across inner circle next to crust. Scatter shredded white cheddar over mozzarella. Distribute the rest of the meat and stuff wherever looks good. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
