Haha this was funny! It's difficult to keep them covered up when they don't want to be isn't it?! I've never beeb embarrassed by breastfeeding in public, my child's needs are more important than what other people think. Cute video!
LOVE IT! Not to criticise...but I think it would be even more awesome if you compared the blanket feeding (how distracted and calls-attention-to it is) with how you normally nurse to show how easy and non-intrusive it is/can be!
Great video! I also found it on KellyMom's FB page and had to reposts for some of my nursing mama friends. My DD would NEVER allow me to put a blanket (or a fancy nursing cover) over her head, so I finally decided it was futile. Glad I'm not the only one!
I do think a video done with mamas nursing side-by-side, one covered with a blanket and one not, would be a GREAT visual on how much more attention is drawn to the act when a cover is involved.
Loved it! But, at the end, I wanted you to show how calmly and "with incident" nursing goes when you don't have to play hide-and-seek! Because we all know that when babies/kids want to nurse, they're all business. But when you put a blanket on their heads, well that's just peek-a-boo time. ;-)
If you not an idiot, it really is not that hard. Breast feeding is perfectly natural but it is not a norm for society and should not be forced upon others.
