Here is the recipe:
8 oz roasted red pepper hummus
4 oz mozzarella ball
5 oz feta
1 red onion, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
1-2 T dried oregano
Roast the onions and tomatoes at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Top the dough with hummus, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and onions, olives, and crumbled feta. Finish with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
