Pizza Dough
1 cup tomato passata (tomato sauce)
4 oz blue cheese
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno, diced
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
Spread tomato passata over pizza dough. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Spread fig butter evenly over the dough. Add cheese. Top with prosciutto.

8 oz pesto
8 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into 1" cubes
4 oz goat cheese

Spread pesto evenly over the dough. Add mozzarella and goat cheese. Top with figs and prosciutto.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

6 oz Andouille sausage, sliced
16 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tailed removed
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups cheese, shredded
Cook shrimp and sausage in a skillet for 4-5 minutes. Remove.
Saute vegetables for 7-10 minutes. Add seasonings and cook for another 5 minutes. Add shrimp and sausage back to pan.
Bake pizza dough for 5 minutes. Top with skillet mixture and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Top with parsley.

4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled

Spread BBQ sauce over pizza dough. Top with gouda cheese, then chicken, peach slices, goat cheese, and Parmesan. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

1 head broccoli, cut into very small florets
1 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups mozzarella, grated
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 red onion, sliced
8 oz turkey bacon, chopped
Spread ricotta over crust. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with broccoli, onion, mozzarella and bacon. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 14 minutes.

16 oz can refried beans
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 cup shredded chicken
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup frozen corn
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cups cheese, shredded

Combine the chili powder, cumin and salt. Mix refried beans with half the spices. Spread over pizza dough. Spread thin layer of salsa over the refried beans. Mix chicken with the remaining spices. Top pizza with chicken, corn, red bell pepper, cheese, and green onions. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.

1 cup raspberry jam
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup cilantro
Top dough with cream cheese. Mix jam with chipotle powder and spread over. Top with black beans, peanuts and cilantro. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.

1 quart strawberries, quartered
4 oz goat cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan
1/3 cup basil, chiffonade
Balsamic Reduction (1 cup balsamic vinegar reduced for 40 minutes)
Bake the crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Top with strawberries, goat cheese and Parmesan. Bake for 5 minutes more. Drizzle the top of the pizza with the balsamic reduction and sprinkle with basil.

12 oz uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup water
2 T lemon juice
1 T butter
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped
8 oz Alfredo sauce
2 cups cheese, shredded
In a small bowl, combine shrimp, water and lemon juice. let stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion and bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and salt and cook for another minute.
Drain shrimp. Add shrimp and crab to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes longer.
Spread dough on baking sheet. Spread with Alfredo sauce. Spoon shrimp mixture over the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
