Coconut and Mango Thai Pizza

Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
Sauce: 2 T olive oil, 1 T balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp giner
Mango, cubed
1-1/2 cups grilled chicken breast, cubed
2 cups cheese
Red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup toasted, shredded coconut
Spread sauce over pizza dough. Top with mango cubes, chicken breast, cheese, and red bell pepper.
Put all this stuff on the pizza dough and bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted coconut

Pete's Perfect Pizza

We got this recipe from a Pete the Cat book called Pete the Cat and the Perfect Pizza Party. It is insane and has a bunch of crazy ingredients, but we just, for reasons unexplained, had to try it.
Here is the recipe:

Put all this stuff on the pizza dough and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Butternut Squash, Sage Pesto and Prosciutto Pizza

Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
1 cup fresh sage leaves
2 T toasted pine nuts
3 T olive oil
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups tiny-cubed butternut squash
1/2 red onion, sliced
10 thin slices prosciutto (one package), torn
4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz goat cheese
Combine sage, pine nuts, and Parmesan in food processor and blend until combined. Stream in olive oil and blend until a pesto forms.
Roast butternut squash (drizzled with olive oil) in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
In skillet, caramelize onions for 15 minutes.
Top dough with pesto, then 1/2 of the grated Parmesan, then butternut squash. Add the onions. Top with prosciutto and goat cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Red Onion Pizza

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
1 red onion, sliced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Dash salt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
8 oz Brussels sprouts
olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Fry red onions in butter for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 2 more minutes.
Slice Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
Top pizza dough with red onions, cheese, then Brussels sprouts.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Pear and Sage Pizza

Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
3 ripe pears, thinly sliced
1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/2 of a red onion, sliced
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp red pepper flakes
36 sage leaves
handful of arugula
drizzle of honey
Near the edge of the pizza dough, layer pears in a circle. Then, slightly overlap the pear layer with a circle of sliced mozzarella, then another circle of pears, etc.
Top with red onion slices, feta cheese, red pepper flakes, and pear leaves.
Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula and drizzle with honey.

2 T butter
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups potatoes, sliced
1 tsp salt
20 fresh sage leaves
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
In a skillet, heat butter and crushed garlic for 3 minutes. Remove. Add the potatoes and salt. Cook for about 6 minutes.
Distribute potatoes, garlic, sage, and cheese over dough.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Hot Dog Pizza

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup relish
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 onion, diced
4 oz cheese, shredded
Spread ketchup on pizza dough. Add hot dogs, onions, relish, and sauerkraut. Top with mustard and cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Romesco Pizza with Spiced Chickpeas and Lemony Arugula
Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
Romesco Sauce:
1 red bell pepper, roasted
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 T olive oil
Salt
Pinch of cayenne
Sauteed Spiced Chickpeas:
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
2 T butter, for cooking
3 cups baby arugula
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
8 oz feta cheese
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp olive oil
Roast the red pepper over a gas flame set to medium-low, about 15 minutes. Once cool, peel skins and remove seeds. Blend with other sauce ingredients to make the romesco sauce.
Heat the 2 T butter in skillet. Add chickpeas and spices. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Top dough with romesco sauce, onions, feta cheese, and chickpeas.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
While pizza is baking, toss the arugula with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. When pizza is done baking, top with arugula.

Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower Pizza
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
1/2 cup butter (melted) + 1 cup sriracha sauce - mixed together
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz Fontina cheese, shredded
8 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Green onions
Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and roast in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Put cauliflower in a bowl and toss with 1/3 cup of the sriracha sauce mixture.
Spread remaining sriracha sauce mixture on the pizza dough. Top cheddar and Fontina cheeses. Add the cauliflower. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with green onions.

Caramelized Apple, Bacon and Blue Cheese Pizza
Average rating of 7.0. (Although, this was thrown off by Peace's dislike of the blue cheese.)
Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups cheese
8 oz blue cheese
2 apples, thinly sliced
8 oz bacon, chopped
1-2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Cook red onion with some butter in skillet for 10 minutes, until soft and caramelized. Add bacon and cook 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle pizza dough with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese. Top with onion bacon mixture, and then sliced apple and rosemary.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Barbecue Pineapple, Jalapeno and Feta Pizza

1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups cheese
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1/4 inch pieces (we used almost a whole pineapple)
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
8 oz feta cheese
1/4 red onion, diced
Spread barbecue sauce over dough. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Thai Chicken Pizza

Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp. fish sauce
4 T Thai sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. very warm water
1 c. shredded chicken
4 T Thai sweet chili sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
8 oz. bean sprouts
2 cups shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Mix first 8 ingredients in blender. Add more water as needed to thin out (I needed to add at least 1 cup more).
Spread pizza dough on cookie sheet. Spread the next 4 T of Thai sweet chili sauce, as well as most of the peanut butter mixture. Top with chicken and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
Top cooked pizza with bean sprouts and carrots. Drizzle with some of the remaining sauce. (You'll have some sauce leftover. Don't add it all. This was something I regret doing when I made this.) Top with chopped peanuts and serve.

Shakshuka Pizza

2 T butter
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp cumin
a large pinch of sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
2 T tomato paste
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 eggs
8 oz crumbled feta
Heat
the butter in a pot over medium and add the onion. Cook until soft and
translucent, 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic, cumin, sugar, a
good pinch of salt, and some black pepper, and cook for 1
minute. Add the tomato paste and diced tomatoes and simmer, stirring
occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Spread dough in cookie sheet. Top the pizza with the tomato sauce, create 8 wells on top of pizza, and then crack the eggs into them. sprinkle with feta, and then bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.
