Fish Taco Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

16 oz mango salsa

10 oz cod

1/2 cup red onion, diced

Cabbage Slaw: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup green onions, 1/2 cup cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, juice of 2 limes, 1/2 cup sour cream, pinch of salt. Blend and pour over shredded cabbage

Spread mango salsa over dough. Top with cod and red onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Top with cabbage slaw.

Salmon Pizza with Brie and Arugula

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 T spicy mustard

1 small shallot, finely chopped

2 T grated Parmesan

2 T olive oil 

1 bunch green onions, chopped

5 oz smoked salmon

4 oz Brie cheese

2 cups arugula

1 lemon, juiced

In a small bowl, mix the first yogurt, mustard, shallot, Parmesan, and olive oil. Spread over dough. Then add the salmon, Brie, and green onions.

Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the arugula with the lemon juice and season with a little salt. Take the pizza out of the oven and scatter the arugula.

Linda's Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

Coconut Lemon Garlic sauce: 3/4 cup coconut cream, 1/2 lemon juiced, 2 tsp garlic (blend)

2 chicken breasts, cut up and cooked

1 cup dried apricots, sliced

1 cup cashews

1/4 cup mint

Spread sauce on pizza dough. Top with chicken breasts, apricots, and cashews.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.

Once baked, top with mint, and drizzle with more sauce.

Greek Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

8 oz roasted red pepper hummus

4 oz mozzarella ball

5 oz feta

1 red onion, sliced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved

1-2 T dried oregano

Roast the onions and tomatoes at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Top the dough with hummus, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and onions, olives, and crumbled feta. Finish with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.

Breanna's Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

SAUCE:

1/4 cup Sriracha

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 T apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup honey

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 pound ground sausage

2 chicken breasts, cut up

8 oz cream cheese

2 T milk

2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup banana peppers

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Warm cream cheese, milk and garlic powder. Spread over pizza dough.

Cook the sausage and chicken breasts. Mix the sauce and stir into the cooked sausage and chicken breasts. Let sit for a bit. Then, strain (saving the sauce) and top pizza with the sausage and chicken.

Add the banana peppers and mushrooms and at bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.

Drizzle with remaining sauce once cooked.

Brussels, Onion and Pistachio Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

1 lb Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

2 cups white cheddar

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup roasted pistachios, chopped

1 onion, sliced

3 garlic cloves, chopped

Heat 2 T butter in skillet. Add sliced onions. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn heat down low and continue to cook, stirring often, until the onions become golden, about 20-25 more minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 1 T butter in another skillet. Add Brussels sprouts and garlic. Cook for 6-8 minutes.

Brush dough with olive oil. Top with a sprinkling of the cheddar cheese. Add on the caramelized onions, then the Brussels sprouts. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan. Top with pistachios.

Bake at 425 for 12 minutes.

Tuna Pizza

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

2 cups mozzarella, shredded

13 oz. pizza sauce

7 oz. canned tuna, drained

1 small red onion, finely sliced

1 oz. black olives

Top dough with sauce, cheese, tuna, red onion, and olives. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes.
