Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

1/2 cup cornmeal

8 oz mozzarella ball, torn

4 oz white cheddar, shredded

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup basil pesto

5 oz bratwurst, sliced

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb Italian sausage 

1/2 red bell pepper

1/4 onion, sliced

Jalapeno

1 T melted salted butter

1 tsp sea salt

Fresh basil

Dust dough with cornmeal. Brush outer edge with melted butter and sprinkle with seat salt. Spread pesto over an inner circle and marinara over outer circle. Make a TC logo with the meat and red bell pepper in the inner circle. Spread mozzarella across inner circle next to crust. Scatter shredded white cheddar over mozzarella. Distribute the rest of the meat and stuff wherever looks good. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
