Here is the recipe:
Hollandaise Sauce:
4 egg yolks
1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup butter, melted
Whisk yolks and lemon juice together in glass bowl. In a pot add a little water and heat to medium. Double boil the glass bowl on the pot and constantly stir the sauce, slowly adding the butter. Whisk until desired thickness.
Add sauce, bacon, and cheese. Crack 8 eggs over the pizza.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
