Salmon Pizza with Brie and Arugula

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 T spicy mustard

1 small shallot, finely chopped

2 T grated Parmesan

2 T olive oil 

1 bunch green onions, chopped

5 oz smoked salmon

4 oz Brie cheese

2 cups arugula

1 lemon, juiced

In a small bowl, mix the first yogurt, mustard, shallot, Parmesan, and olive oil. Spread over dough. Then add the salmon, Brie, and green onions.

Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the arugula with the lemon juice and season with a little salt. Take the pizza out of the oven and scatter the arugula.
