Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
16 oz mango salsa
10 oz cod
1/2 cup red onion, diced
Cabbage Slaw: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup green onions, 1/2 cup cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, juice of 2 limes, 1/2 cup sour cream, pinch of salt. Blend and pour over shredded cabbage
Spread mango salsa over dough. Top with cod and red onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
Top with cabbage slaw.
