Here is the recipe:

Pizza Dough

8 oz mozzarella, shredded

1 sweet potato, baked and mashed

1 honeycrisp apple, cut up

4 oz honey goat cheese

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pecans

Spread mashed sweet potato on dough. Top with cheese, apple, honey goat cheese, brown sugar and pecans.

Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

Chicken Blue Cheese Walnut Pizza (again)

We accidentally made the same pizza two times in a row without even realizing it.

1 cup tomato passata (tomato sauce)

4 oz blue cheese

1 cup walnuts, chopped

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up

Spread tomato passata over pizza dough. Top with remaining ingredients.

Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes.
