After many years, I have finally invested in some new ponytail holders (and I am only being partially sarcastic when I say this was an investment). But they are at such a tension that it is too loose when I wrap it around three times, but not loose enough so that I can wrap it around four. What the frick? After all my years agonizing about this, and now they don't even do what they are supposed to do.
This is worse than shopping for shoes, people! WORSE THAN SHOPPING FOR SHOES!

In the past two years, I've spent a small fortune trying to find pony tailers that work. Some are too stiff, others slip out of my hair, none seem right most of the time. Multiply this by a family with 4 heads of hair and most packages only work with my oldest daughter who has "hair to spare" and it's got enough body that they don't work their way out, plus a face that can handle just about any style. Lucky her! LOL BUT she is also the one who looses them all the time.
OMG! I thought I was the only one! I usually leave my hair loosely contained with a ponytail holder because 1 more wrap to tighten things up is so tight I get a headache and hairs are ripped out of my head. We should manufacture some for our defunct hair.
