Shakshuka Pizza

Average rating of 7.5 (although Ezra's low vote probably swayed it down a bit).

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
2 T butter
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp cumin
a large pinch of sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
2 T tomato paste
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 eggs
8 oz crumbled feta

Heat the butter in a pot over medium and add the onion. Cook until soft and translucent, 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic, cumin, sugar, a good pinch of salt, and some black pepper, and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and diced tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Spread dough in cookie sheet. Top the pizza with the tomato sauce, create 8 wells on top of pizza, and then crack the eggs into them. sprinkle with feta, and then bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.
