Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cilantro, chopped
2 cups cheese
Marinade:
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 T lemon juice
2 T plain yogurt
1 pinch cinnamon
Tomato Sauce:
8 oz tomato sauce
2 T plain yogurt
3 T heavy cream
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
In a bowl, marinade the chicken with the marinade for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
Make at 450 for 8-10 minutes, turning at half time.
Remove chicken from the pan when it is done and discard the juice.
Heat Tomato Sauce in a small saucepan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Spread sauce on pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese. Arrange the chicken on pizza. Top with sliced onions, chopped cilantro, and the remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 13 minutes.
