Cherry, Goat Cheese and Arugula Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza dough

2 cups cherries, pitted and halved

4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

2 cups arugula

1 cup balsamic vinegar

2 T honey

Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 6-8 minutes and is thick and syrupy.

Bake crust for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Scatter the goat cheese and cherries over the top of the pizza. Bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and top with arugula, and drizzle with balsamic syrup.
