Here is the recipe:
Pizza dough (use whatever recipe you want, this is what we use)
2 cups cheese, shredded
16 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded romaine
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from one lime
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
Sprinkle crust with cheese and bacon. Bake at 425 degrees for 14 minutes. Meanwhile, place romaine in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, lime juice and 2 tsp cilantro. Pour over romaine. Toss to coat. Arrange over warm pizza. Top with sprouts, tomato, avocado and remaining cilantro.
