Tuscan White Bean and Garlic Soup

This soup is super yummy. I found the original recipe here, but mixed it up a little bit (see below):

1 lb northern white beans, dry, which will equal about 2 cups if you're buying in bulk. Soak and cook these (which will yield 5-6 cups of cooked beans)
1-1/2 tsp sage leaf
4 cups chicken broth
4 cloves garlic (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Cook, puree, and serve!
