Charts!

So, with my facebook account (not my GoofyMama one, my actual, REAL facebook page), I've gotten in the habit of asking questions (about birth stuff) and then making charts about them. I'm completely fascinated by them and spend lots of time looking at them.

The first chart I did is called: "The Ages Allison Kuznia's Facebook Friends Were When They Had Their Children". It had 89 respondents. It concluded that the average age for a first-time mom (amongst my friends) was 26.3.

This next chart is called: "The Gestation of Pregnancy Among Allison Kuznia's Facebook Friends". (This chart only included births where labor started spontaneously.) It had 85 respondents and accounted for roughly 200 births (forgive me for not going back and counting). Conclusions: 62.5% of gestations go 40 weeks or longer.

I think that's all I need to bore you with (or entertain you with immensely!) today. I have two more that I'll share tomorrow.

I like birth stuff. Wish I was on your list too. Fun.
I'm including my stats. 29, 30 (31 4 days later) and 38. Weeks, 38+1, 41+6 and 41+1. Weight, 8 14, 9 14 and 11 2. I'm missing something...that's okay.
