Brat and Bacon Appetizer Pizza

Here is the recipe:

Pizza Dough

8 oz bacon, chopped

1 onion, diced

3 fully cooked beer bratwurst links, chopped

2/3 cup apricot preserves

2 tsp mustard

2 cups cheese

Bake dough for 8 minutes at 405 degrees. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Remove. Add bratwurst to the same pan, cook until browned.

In a small bowl, mix preserves and mustard. Spread over crust. Top with bratwurst, bacon mixture, and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes more.
