Blue Cheese, Walnut, and Pear Pizza

My picture of this pizza does not do it justice, because it was really good (and the picture is super lame, especially since I burned the toasted walnuts, and that totally ruined the picture, even though they didn't taste burned). The vinaigrette used as the sauce provided a nice flavor.

Here you will find the original recipe and a much better picture.

Pizza dough
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp rosemary
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
1 cup cheese (I use raw cheddar from Trader Joe's. The original recipes calls for mozzarella)
2 pears, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup toasted walnuts

1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.

2. Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan. Bake in the preheated oven until just crisp, about 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, combine the garlic, mustard, rosemary, and vinegar in a food processor. Drizzle in the olive oil slowly until the dressing has thickened. Quickly pulse in 1/4 cup of blue cheese; season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Spread the vinaigrette over the pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of blue cheese evenly over the crust, followed by the mozzarella cheese. Arrange the sliced pears over the cheese, and sprinkle with the toasted walnuts.

5. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and is bubbly, 7 to 10 minutes.
